2/3/14 - Physically developed 6-foot, 200-pound outfielder. Rolain looked physically impressive in a group of pro style bodies. Offensively Rolain has strong hands and power potential at the plate. His setup is quiet and maintains excellent balance through contact for a power hitter. Rolain shows he has strong hands and gets good extension through contact. His improved physical nature also materialized in his arm strength and 60 time, showing vast improvements in both. Rolain ran a 6.77 and 6.83 in back to back runs of the 60, topping his previous best of 7.03. Defensively his arm showed improvements as well at 86 mph from the outfield. 
2/17/13 - Physically advanced frame, strong upper body, developed forearms, 6-foot, 190 pound outfielder. Defensively has shown improved footwork and confidence attacking the baseball, crow hop still needs improvement, 7.03 runner. Arm plays well, 84 mph from the outfield, shows some carry. High level offensive threat, hits from a slightly open stance, uses short stride, quiet upper half, long high finish. Strong bat path, shows pop to the middle of the field, bat speed present. Lower half is highly active, shows explosiveness, excellent balance. Excellent approach, works the middle of the field.
1/22/12 The 6-foot, 185-pound Rolain does everything well. But what earned him one of the event’s top prospects was his prowess at the plate. Rolain has an advanced approach, one that is relaxed, compact and explosive. He showed advanced rhythm throughout his easy swing, and the ball jumped off his bat with loft and carry. Rolain showed excellent bat control, highlighted by the fact that he barreled balls to all fields  He remains balanced throughout his swing, and gets good extension after contact. Defensively, Rolain plays through the ball well and takes clean, concise routes to the ball.  He impressed with his ability to play the ball on the move and showed an accurate arm (77 mph). Additionally, he ran a 7.49 60.
