Kentucky commit. Hindle went 5-for-11 with two home runs and a double for Arrowhead during their 3-1 week. Hindle also drove in five runs throughout the week with a big 3 RBI game against Waukesha South where Hindle also went 3-for-3 with a walk.

Kentucky commit. Arrowhead went 2-1 this past week with help from Hindle who was a steady presence on offense. During this past week Hindle went 4-for-6 with five walks, of those four hits three of them went for extra bases including two home runs. Hindle also had four RBIs and four runs scored to go along with four stolen bases.

Ethan Hindle is currently the second-ranked player in Wisconsin’s 2023 class after multiple eye-popping performances throughout the summer circuit - especially at the PBR Future Games. A recent Kentucky commit, Hindle jumped all over a middle-in fastball and launched it directly over the center field fence for a home run during the 3:30 slate. He’s a high octane offensive threat and we’re eager to see what he does throughout the weekend at our PBR at The Rock Fall Championships with STiKS Academy’s 2023 squad.

“Hindle's huge summer culminated in an invitation to the PBR Future Games, where he represented Team Wisconsin especially well, eventually earning himself a commitment to Kentucky in the weeks that followed that event. His whippy right-handed swing generates impact that produced gap-to-gap power potential regularly – he homered in his first game on Team Wisconsin. Additionally, Hindle is a highly athletic prospect and a 6.68 runner, and that athleticism translates effectively to the left side of the infield, and he's continued to improve his arm action and arm strength at an impressive rate. Regardless of his future on the infield defensively, his gains from the batter's box have Hindle's prospect stock pointed way up, now the No. 2-ranked player in Wisconsin.”

Hindle entered the PBR Future Games with a head of steam, after a couple of standout weekends at LakePoint and Creekside as part of PBR tournaments. On Wednesday, during the workout portion of the Future Games he maintained that momentum by showcasing a loose barrel from the right-handed batters box. Hindle has earned a reputation as one of the state’s top athletes, and he started his day by running a 6.68 in the 60-yard dash to reiterate that notion. In between now and this past March he has shown improvement defensively, particularly in his arm action, which added a couple of ticks of velocity topping out at 84 mph across the infield.

Hindle is a high-level athlete who performed well across the board on Sunday, statistically. He clocked a 6.66 time in the 60 to start his day, and followed it up with a 94.6 mph max exit speed in batting practice, and looked smooth on defense, improving his arm strength to an 84 mph high, 10 ticks higher than it was in July.

Hit: RHH. Tall setup, quiet pre-pitch, leg lift trigger, controlled balance through contact.  Simple swing, quick hands with twitch, short and level bat path, gap-to-gap approach, advanced barrel control. Hits in rhythm, loose actions throughout.
Power: 85 mph exit velocity from the tee.
Arm: RH. INF - 74 mph. Short arm action, high 3/4 slot. Comfortable throwing from multiple arm angles.
Defense: Some pre-pitch rhythm, athletic feet, fluid footwork, moves well laterally. Glove plays out front and low to the ground, soft hands, quick to release. Smooth double play feeds, up-the-middle profile.
Run: 7.17 runner in the 60. 

6-foot-1, 170-pound right-handed hitting middle infielder. Athletic frame with room to add muscle. Top-of-the-order bat for STiKS Black. Quiet, balanced setup, smooth load, leg kick trigger, short stride to even. Simple, compact swing, bat stays level, middle-away approach, above-average barrel feel for age. Competes in the box and comfortable fouling pitches off to work deep counts. Arm plays short from an over-the-top slot in the field. Confident defender with athletic actions in the field, feet move well laterally, especially to the glove side. Steady hands, clean transfer, quick to release. Made a name for himself this weekend.

Body: 6-0, 165-pounds. Projectable athletic frame.
Hit: RH. Quiet in the box, balanced setup, hands rest high at head height, smooth load, short stride to even. Maintains balanced through contact.  Athletic and loose hands, uphill path with loft through contact, consistent feel for the barrel. Consistently hits in rhythm.
Power: 87 mph exit velocity from the tee. Recorded a max exit speed of 91.43 MPH, per TrackMan, with a max FB distance of 341 ft.
Arm: RH. INF - 75 mph. Compact arm action, high 3/4 slot.
Defense: Advanced defense actions for age. Athletic fielding position, nimble feet that work in rhythm, confident up the middle. Soft hands, fields out in front, clean funnels, plays through the baseball. Capable of sticking up the middle.  
Run: 7.14 runner in the 60.

Body: 5-foot-11, 147-pounds. Athletic frame with some length that projects.
Hit: RHH. Balanced stance, slightly crouched setup, short stride, loads hands back, good balance through contact. Line drive hitter, found barrels regularly, level path, hits in rhythm, loose easy hitter.
Power: 79 mph exit velocity from the tee.
Arm: RH. INF - 70 mph. Loose arm action, 3/4 slot, accurate across the diamond.
Defense: Soft hands, above average glovework, feet work well, plays through the baseball.
Run: 7.36 runner in the 60.

Delivery: Tall and fall delivery, works on line, lands square, easy effort, works in rhythm.
Arm Action: RH. 3/4 slot, full arm action, quick arm.
FB: T73, 71-72 mph. Runs to arm side, showed feel for the zone.
CB: 59-62 mph. 10/4 shape, near fastball arm speed, showed control.
CH: 64-67 mph. Near fastball arm speed, sinking action, showed ability to throw for strikes.
