Threw 71 mph across the diamond in the defensive portion of the workout. Played good defense in the game, showing confidence. At the plate, the bat needs strength to it, tee exit velocity of 75 mph. Hits out of a wide base, high hands and elbow start. The path is long to the ball as he maneuvers the barrel into contact. The hands are clean and free, just needs to get physically stronger.
