5-foot-11, 145-pound, thin, long, athletic frame. Shows to have plenty of room to fill out, has some fast twitch actions to him. The top tool is his ability to handle the bat, hands are loose, can maneuver the barrel to the baseball, made solid contact in batting practice and in game play, collecting two hits. The stance is upright, slightly closed off, lower half is under control. The swing is level across the chest, can roll early, stay through will get more juice to the gaps. The swing is built for line drives, the tee exit velocity was clocked at 74 mph and ran a 4.78 from home to first. Defensively, glides to the baseball in the outfield, the arm action is loose, clocked at 71 mph, shows to have easy effort in the arm. Off the mound, had a fastball clocked at 68-71 mph, had action to the arm side with it, pounded the strike zone. The breaking ball was clocked at 54-57 mph, thrown slower, with a bigger break. The delivery is simple, easy athletic leg lift, gets squared up on release and the arm works out of a natural ¾ slot. Worked extremely quick, had a good tempo, times to the plate were good at 1.12. Projects for me more as a hitter, has feel for his swing, someone to follow.
Home-First: 4.78
Exit Velocity: 74 MPH

5-foot-11, 145-pound, wiry, long athletic frame, hands have fast twitch actions to them, the legs and overall athleticism are his top tools. A pleasant surprise at this workout, runs well, arm works and hands are good at the plate. A left-handed hitter, the stance is taller, with the feet even, hands are set just below, with the bat flat on the back shoulder, elbow extended outward. For timing, uses a knee to knee gather, gains ground with the stride foot. The swing is down to level to up. The hands are loose and really work freely through the zone, needs to keep head in the center part of his body, wants to lean forward, will be on time better, with more solid contact. The barrel has whip, and when he squares it up, the ball jumps off his bat, has more in his bat speed as he gets stronger and matures. Defensively, plays the outfield, prep steps, approach to the ball and angles look solid. The arm action is clean and free on the backside, arm was clocked at 76 mph, with a ton more in there. The front side glove could stay stronger throughout. Projects for me as a corner outfielder, legs are well above average, ran a thirty-yard dash at 3.76, serious potential to swing and handle the bat, get out and see him, may need to see him more than once.
Thirty-Yard Dash: 3.76
Exit Velocity: 79 mph
