6-foot-1, 185-pound, long and lengthy athletic frame, neck is long, shoulders are sloped and bag is wide, has plenty of room for future development. On the mound this left-handed pitcher was impressive. The arm works from multiple angles, hitters had a hard time squaring him up and getting any good swings on him. The arm works from a natural ¾ slot, and then drops down to low-¾ to sidearm. The baseball has real good sink to arm side, ball jumps more out of his hand from the lower slot. The fastball was clocked at 79-81 mph. Threw a slider at 73 mph, had a slurve with sweeping break to it, was able to place it on the back foot of the right-handed hitter, tough to hit and advanced for his age. Did not show much of a change, my first thought is that he just started to pitch from the lower slot, learning to repeat delivery and feel for it. Big time follow for me, will be an absolute nightmare on left-handed hitters, great pen guy to match up with, get out and see him.
