6-foot-1, 180-pound right handed hitting middle infielder. Ran a 7.47 sixty on the laser at the event. The glove was soft during the defensive portion of the workout. The feet need to incorporate prep steps through the ball. Threw 70 mph across the diamond, the arm needs to gain strength and endurance in the off season. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 84 mph. The setup is even in base, pick up and put down of the front foot as the ball approaches the hitting zone. The swing path is clean to contact, needs better direction to shorten down the swing. The path itself is flat with good plate coverage.

5-foot-9, 150-pound, long and lengthy athletic frame, hands and wrists have some fast twitch actions to them. The neck is long, shoulders are sloped, has plenty of room to fill out. The game is advanced for an eighth grader. A right-handed hitter, the stance is balanced throughout, feet are inline and slightly wider than shoulder width. The hands are set above the shoulder, bat starts flat, hands are strong and stay back. The lower half is under control, the stride has length. The swing is level across his chest, stays through it, finishes it at shoulder height with two hands. Swings the bat extremely aggressive, approach is middle to pull. Defensively, plays up the middle, prep steps are good to and through the baseball. Works from the ground up, transfer is clean, gets the ball into throwing hand quickly. Moves well to the backhand side, feeds starting the double play were performed correctly. The arm action has some length to it on the backside, it's clean and he works out of a high ¾ slot. The stride could be longer and stay lower to the ground on release, want to pop up and muscle ball to first, use flow not power, get on a regimented throwing program. Potentially to really hit, big time follow.
