10/7/18

6-foot, 150-pound, lengthy, wiry strong athletic frame. The shoulders are squared off, has room for development. A right-handed hitting outfielder, the top tool is his ability to swing the bat. The stance is balanced, hands are loose, work freely through the zone. The swing is level to up, finishes high with a one-handed finish. The approach is from gap to gap, showing to have enough pop to get the baseball into the alleys. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 73 mph with a ton more in there as he gains strength. Time down the line to first base was clocked at 5.12. Defensively, arm was clocked at 67 mph, is short and clean on the back side, works out of a higher slot. The footwork is under control on the approach to the baseball, short strider, throws were downhill and on time. Showed clean accurate routes in tracking the baseball. Look for the game to rise of the next year.

Home-First: 5.12

Exit Velocity: 73 MPH

Arm Velocity: 67 MPH

3/5/17

5-foot-6, 120-pound thin, long frame for his age, actions are smooth. A right-handed pitcher, the delivery is smooth, repeats it with ease, gets inline, direction is correct with minimal pull of the frontside. The arm action is short, clean, has whip to it, comes out of a higher slot. The fastball was clocked at 55-57 mph, breaking ball is flipped in at 50 mph. The changeup had feel at 52 mph. The arm could get away from the head, gets tied in at times. Offensively, hits from the right side, hands start at shoulder height, feet are even at shoulder width, the swing is level, flat through the zone, finishes with two hands. The approach is more to the pull side, the backside lower half could be used more, will supply some more juice. The hands have strength to them for his age. Defensively, attacked the baseball from outfield, feet were under control, steps through, gains ground. The arm action is short and clean, clocked at 59 mph, look for the arm velocity to climb.

Exit Velocity: 72 mph

Arm Velocity:59 mph
