The hands are loose and bat starts in a flat position on the back shoulder. The swing path is level to up with a high one handed finish. The backside lower half, could be engaged more, will help with the power side to the swing. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 84 mph, showed the ability to drive the baseball to all fields. Currently a line drive hitter, with added strength could turn into gap power hitter. Time down the line was 4.75 mph. Defensively, is very sound mechanically behind the dish. The setup is balanced, wide and sits on the flats of his feet. The transfer is quick, feet are quick with little wasted movement, gets glove to throwing with no hesitation.
