5-foot-6, 130-pound lengthy athletic frame, has fast twitch actions. A right-handed hitter, the feet are even and has a spread out approach at the plate. The hands start at shoulder height, the hands are quick to the ball, bat speed is very good for his age. The swing path is flat to up, made solid contact, line drive approach. Defensively, actions are smooth in the infield, hands are soft and keeps his feet moving throughout, hands could work together more when field, brings glove to throwing arm. In the outfield, footwork was very good, attack step was through, arm action was clean on the back side, ball comes out of a natural ¾ slot, clocked at 72 mph, ball comes out of his hand with ease for his age. Off the mound, delivery is smooth and repeats it with ease. The hands start and stay high throughout.The stride is inline, has length to it and squares up on release. The arm works out of a natural ¾ slot, fastball was clocked at 63-67 mph, had some movement to the arm side. The breaking ball, clocked at 52 mph was able to drop it in for strikes, the changeup was had sink to it. More to come on this one, going to be a good one.
