Showed promise as a potential 2-way player. On the mound, the fastball sat 81-82 mph with good run to it. The spin pitch is a breaking ball at 68-70 mph, with good shape. The pitch needs more fastball hand speed to become an out pitch. The changeup is a work in progress, sitting at 71-72 mph and straight. The delivery has good direction on the bottom half to it, and he has feel for throwing strikes. Would like to see him get a front side direction and track his shoulders more appropriately to foot landing. Positionally, ran a 4.49 down the line on his ground ball to first base. The glove is solid in the infield and he showed a simple throwing path across the diamond, 81 mph with accuracy and carry. Handled the pivot as well. The bat has good life to it, 91 mph exit velocity as he has good buggy whip to the bat. Displayed a wide setup with a big step to the ball, which he may have to calm down as he sees better pitching. The path is aggressive and simple to the ball, he gets every ounce out of his frame. Physical strength will aid his development. Squared the ball up in the game as well. Good all-around prospect.
