Threw 85 mph from the outfield with carry and accuracy. Offensively, tee exit velocity of 82 mph. Sets up with his feet wide, uses a toe tap to initiate his swing. The path is long and strong to the ball, flattening the path will aid his game. The hands are strong at contact. Ran a 4.7 down the line on his dig. On the mound, showed plus arm strength. Pitches out of a plus ¾ slot, glove sweeps across the hitters face, and the foot direction to the plate is appropriate. Small collapse on the back leg as he gets into lift, takes away from his leverage and fastball plane, but fixable. Like the path of the arm, the tracking of the front shoulder needs to improve as he matures. 1.03 to the plate from the stretch, out of a slide step. Fastball touched 80 mph with sink to it. The spin pitch is 69 mph, needs more fastball hand speed to it. The changeup is 72 mph and still a work in progress.
