6-foot, 170, average athletic frame, the neck is long, shoulders are square, arms are long and have loose movements to them. A right-handed pitcher, who has a very simple, repeatable, balanced delivery. The hands start at chest high and stay there throughout, the leg raise is under control, gets to a good gather with coil to it. The separation is clean, direction is inline, with good length. The arm path has average length and is fairly clean. The arm works out of a natural ¾ slot. The fastball was clocked at 78-80 mph, locates it to both sides, with the glove side being more dominant, has sink and action to the arm side. The breaking ball is a cutter, thrown with some velocity, was up to 74 mph, slides from right to left, located well on the outer half. The changeup was clocked at 70-73 mph, threw it for strikes, was down in the zone. Times to the plate were at 1.59, could be slightly quicker. A three pitch pitcher, with command of all three, good pitch-ability, look for the velocity to jump as he gets stronger and physically matures.
