At 6-foot-3, 237 pounds, body is big and strong, but needs to get into better shape. Arm slot is high at ¾ fastball was 76-78, arm action is a little stiff, he opens it a little early on the back. The direction to the plate is good, is a short strider who pitched downhill who was low in the strike zone with good sink. Curveball was 63-65 with good rotation, showed a good change at 71-73. There is more in the tank for the fastball without a doubt, needs to refine the mechanics but with the size and strength he has all the makings of being able to pitch at the next level.
