5-foot-11,145-pound, average athletic frame, has plenty of room to fill out. A right-handed pitcher, who worked out in the infield as well. As a rhp, the leg raise is smooth and under control, could elevate it slightly higher. The direction is inline, could long on the stride farther. The arm action is short on the backside, fastball was clocked at 66-68 mph. The breaking ball was clocked at 58-59 mph and the changeup was 60-64 mph. Strength and more involvement of the backside lower half will help with velocity. At the plate, hits from the right side. The stance, the hands have some movement to them, sit at shoulder height and the feet are slightly wider than shoulder width, with more weight on the back side. The swing is level, rolls the hands early, takes away from any length and depth to balls in the gap. The tee exit velocity was 72 mph. Defensively, worked out at third base, showed soft hands, the arm is clean was clocked at 65 mph across the diamond. The feet moved well, could be quicker and showed solid hands on the backhand, needs to control dropping down to one knee at times.
