6-foot-2, 172-pound, larger, athletic frame, put together well, showing plus strength throughout. A right-handed hitting catcher, at the plate starts slight open, hands are loose and relaxed at the shoulders, using a small pick up and put down with stride foot. The swing is level to up, with more of a pull approach, swing creates natural lift and loft. The exit velocity was clocked at 82 mph, showing hard contact. During game play had multiple hits including a monster home run and another long double. Behind the plate, moves well, still learning the craft, hands need to strengthen on the catch. The arm is loose and whippy, with more in there over time. The pop time was at 2.11. Power potential at some point.

6-foot-2, 172-pound, longer, lean athletic frame. Rounded shoulders, broad back, with plenty of room for added weight. A right-handed hitting catcher, the top tool is the ability to swing the bat, chance to be a power guy down the road. At the plate, even feet, slightly wider than shoulder width. The hands are loose, relaxed at the shoulders, bat starting in more of an upright position. For timing uses a higher leg kick, into a small stride. The hands stay back, swing path is down to level to up, naturally creates lift to the swing. The approach is more to the pull side, had a tee exit velocity of 81 mph, potential to hit with power at some point. Defensively, threw 65 mph down to second base, with a pop time of 2.35. The arm works from a natural slot, needs to stay behind the baseball. The setup is balanced, moves well on the catch, anticipates the block. The frame is large, good target to throw to, with ability to block the baseball. Worked out at 1st base as well, soft hands on picks and fielding the baseball, low and out front. The footwork is active and clean, showing flow starting the double play. The arm was clocked at 64 mph across the diamond. Regimented throwing program will aid in lowering pop time, chance to hit.
Tee Exit Velocity: 81 mph Arm Velocity: 65 mph Sixty-Yard Dash: 7.45
