10/10/16

5-foot-5, 155-pound, smaller average athletic frame, the hands are loose and have strength to them. A right-handed hitter, hits from a wider stance, it’s slightly open, gets back to even with the stride and stride is under control with little movement to it. The hands are held at shoulder height, are loose, have some movement and work freely through the zone. The swing path is down, level to up and finished the swing with one hand. The swing has a little more pull to it, peppered the left-field gap on a line, one after another in BP. The tee exit velocity is 81 mph and ran a 4.56 from home to first. In game performance was ok, collected two singles. Defensively, worked out in outfield, arm was clocked at 72 mph, arm action is short and clean. The feet are under control, steps over front foot and gains ground towards target. The stride could be longer, gets uphill at times because it's shorter. Throws were on the bag, gave the fielder something to handle. Routes and angles were on point in game. Shows the ability to handle the bat.

10/11/15
A right-handed hitting outfielder, hits from a slightly open and wide stance. The lower half is under control, the swing is really good, level through the zone, stays through on the backend of the swing. The tee exit velocity was 81, has some pop in his hands. Ran well down the line at 4.3. In the outfield, routes and angles were good to balls. Coming off shoulder surgery, arm is still recovering, velocity was 65. Could long the stride out a bit more, as he becomes healthier the arm action should return. Hands really work at plate and legs are above average, someone to go see in springtime, has some game.
