5-foot-10, 190-pound, thick, wide shoulder athletic frame. A right-handed hitter, who shows to have some strength in his hands. The hands start above his back shoulder and away from his body. For timing uses a small leg kick, could get more of a gather. The swing is level to up, finishes high with two hands, wants to open chest to get barrel through. The approach is more pull, had solid contact in his two rounds of BP. The tee exit velocity was 75 mph and ran an 8.6 sixty yard dash. Defensively, worked out at third base, moved okay to the glove side. The prep steps are under control, fields ball out front and keeps feet moving throughout, needs to make it quicker. The backhand play was made under control,  stayed low and came through the ball. The arm action is clean on the backside, clocked at 66 mph across the diamond. The hands and feet worked well together starting the double play. Continued conditioning and quickness are a must.
