2/20/16: 6-foot-1, 200 pounder was 2.00, 2.02 and 2.05 with his pop times, 75 from the crouch.  Possesses a quick transfer with a strong arm.  Tendency to come around the baseball.  Good setup, receives well. At the plate hits from a crouch type setup, smooth load, short stride.  Lower half collapses at times.  Showcased above average bat speed, level to slightly uphill swing path.  Line drive type hitter.  Recorded a high exit velocity of 87 mph.  

6/25/15: The 6-foot-2 200 pound catcher showcased pop times between 2.00-2.05.   Velocity from the crouch was 73mph.  Colin has a quick exchange and long feet. Has good balance in both his primary and secondary positions.  Solid receiver.  Colin ran a 7.4 60 yd dash. At the plate hits out of a balanced setup and loads back.  Short stride, good use of the lower half.  Overall good approach to the ball with above average bat speed.  Short, level path to the ball, gets to extension.  Line drive type hitter with fluid rhythm.  Recorded a high exit velocity of 87 mph. 

2/22/15:  6-foot-1, 190 pound sophomore receiver possesses some athleticism behind the dish.  Needs to improve his balance.  Lots of movement with his glove.  Displayed good footwork.  Pop times were 2.04-2.10 and was 72 from the crouch.  At the plate hits from a slight crouch setup and is narrow.  Short stride, leg kick.  Good balance throughout the swing.  Uphill swing plane, line drive type hitter consistently made solid contact.  Recorded a high exit velo of 83 mph.
