4/22/15 GAME NOTES: Kory is a two guy for the Huntington North Vikings. On the mound he is mixes speeds with three pitches. Fastball is 81-83 mph and touches 85mph, his curveball has depth and bite ( 69-72 mph) and his change up has sink and he throws it without changing his arm speed ( 71-72 mph) At 6 foot 2 inches tall and 190 pounds his delivery is slow and deliberate with easy  ¾ arm action and above average control. He plays multiple defensive positions and hits fifth in the powerful Huntington North line up. At Muncie Central he pitched 5 innings gave up 1 earned run on 4 hits, 5 strikeouts, 1 walk and went 2-4 at the plate and drove in 2 runs.

2/28/15:  PITCHING-6-foot-2, 190 pounds, athletic player with a strong lower half and wide shoulders. On the mound he comes at hitters from a loose ¾ slot.  Possesses some arm speed with some rhythm in the delivery.  Good line to the plate.  Fastball topped out at 86 mph, sitting 82-83.  Breaking ball had late break and was consistently in the strike zone (66-68 mph). Changeup is 70-72 with sink.  

6-foot-2, 190 pounds, 7.50/60, bats right, throws right. Athletic frame with a strong lower body and wide shoulders. Throws 82 mph from the outfield and on target with carry.  Average feet.  Needs to quicken up the exchange and play through the ball more.  Hits from a balanced stance with a slight drop at load, short stride and long path.  Quick bat speed (89 mph exit velo).
