 Grimmer is a 6-foot-6 inch, 240 pound senior from Hamilton Southeastern HS.  Grimmer shows a big, projectable body, and works primarily from the stretch.  From a high ¾ arm slot his fastball is 82-84 mph with a good downward plane and late life.  He shows a slider at 74-76 mph and a changeup at 75-78 mph. 

At 6-foot-5, 232 pounds, Grimmer is a physical presence on the mound. He demonstrated an easy arm action with much more in the tank. Grimmer has the potential to be one of the hottest prospects as he continues to improve.
