6/25/15:  The 6-foot-2 155 pound left-handed pitcher sat 78-79 with some sink.  Pitches from a 3/4 slot with above average arm speed. Has some rhythm in the delivery with level shoulders.  Good line to the plate, lands open with an athletic finish.  Curveball sat 65-66 with gradual break. Offensively, he has a balanced setup and stride is short.  Bat speed is average and bat path is level.   Exit velocity was 75mph and 60 dash was a 7.68.  In the outfield showcased soft hands with fluid feet.  Clean exchange and plays through the ball with some athleticism.  Accurate arm at 79 mph. 

5/6/15 GAME NOTES: Long arms and long legs, very projectable left hand pitcher. The sophomore is 6 foot 2 inches tall and 150 pounds. Long loose ¾ arm delivery, he can move his fastball (76-78 mph) around the strike zone and has confidence in his late breaking curveball. After a rocky first inning against Carroll HS on Wednesday night he settled in and pitched 4 efficient innings striking out 2 and walking 2. CLICK HERE for video.

2/28/15: PITCHING- 6-foot-1, 150 pound lefty pitches from a ¾ slot with a quick, clean arm action.  Smooth rhythm in the delivery. Lands closed.  Fastball sat 77-78.  Curveball was 61-65 from a 2/8 shape showing gradual movement.  Good pitch for his age, kept down and in the strike zone.  Changeup shows cut action, but was erratic at 70-73. 

6-foot-1, 150 pounder, bats left, throws left.  Defensively he takes good routes.  Clean exchange, plays through the ball well.  Long arm action up to 80 mph with accuracy. Offensively, hits from a balanced stance with a short stride, average bat speed ( 78 mph exit speed) with a level path to contact.
