4/21/14 - Miller is a physical 6-foot-1, 205-pound right-hand hitting outfielder for Olathe South. During pre-game infield he showed quick routes and a strong accurate arm – repeatedly throwing strikes to the cut-off men from right field. He has quick feet, makes clean exchanges and plays through the ball well. At the plate he has a tall set-up and uses a leg kick. Right now he’s a line drive type hitter with the ability to turn singles into doubles with good reads and being aggressive. He’s a strong runner with playable speed in the outfield and on the bases – he has three stolen bases on the season. Miller’s frame and athleticism stand out and he also plays the game hard and with confidence.
