Worked out positionally and as a pitcher. Ran a 7.03 60-yard dash and had a tee exit velocity of 89mph. Plays second base in the field. The setup at the plate is small and closed off with his feet. Works the barrel below his hands, after setting up with a low hand approach. You can tell by his exit velocity he has serious hand speed. The bat needs to be flattened and his plate coverage will improve. On the mound, he showed a fastball with life, sitting 82-83 with arm side run. The breaking ball was 70 and had a good shape to it. The changeup was hard at 75 but had the makings of the right spin to it. The arm slot is above ¾ as he runs away from his arm with his front side. Needs to track his front shoulder and his slot and direction will improve, leading to a jump in velocity. Good athlete.
