Liggett has an athletic build and stands at 6-feet tall. He pitches with a repeatable motion, accomplishing solid hip-shoulder separation which should lead to move velocity as he gets stronger and develops arm strength. He has a quick, compact arm action and pitches from a ¾ arm slot. He pitched at 78-81 miles-per-hour with his fastball but it wouldn’t surprise me if he was 83-86 MPH come spring. He is very effective against left-handed hitters due to his 67-71 MPH curveball which has good spin rate and depth. He also flashed the ability to command an average changeup at 74-75 MPH.
