Physical: Lean, athletic 5-foot-11, 165-pound frame with room to fill out as he matures. Ran a 7.40 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Crouched, even setup with the hands starting idle at the shoulder. Utilized a toe-tap stride with some glide coupled with a slight backwards load allowing for a flat barrel path to enter the hitting zone upon launch. Showcased feel for a strong top hand and adjustability in the lower half movements in the box. Worked all fields with hard contact during batting practice recording a 93 mph bat-exit velocity per Trackman Baseball.
Defensively: The primary shortstop played low to the ground with an advanced feel for rhythm and fluidity through the fielding window. Arrived on time with consistency to his spot allowing for repeated downhill momentum towards the target. Utilized a soft glove hand and quick transfers to play near a 4.20 pace in the middle. Arm worked through an accurate, high ¾ slot with length on the front side. SS - 73 mph
Physical: 5-11, 165-pounds. Lean, athletic frame. 7.23 runner in the 60; 4.38 home-to-1B.
Offensively: RHH. Athletic, crouched stance, hands start just above shoulders, knees bend more on load along with a medium leg kick for timing. Very quick bat through the zone, direct, flat barrel path to the ball and finishes on the same plane. Hard contact to all fields. 85 MPH raw exit velocity.
Defensively: Choppy lateral movements, gets low with the ball and fields it in the middle of his body. Medium arm swing with a 3/4 arm slot. INF - 70 MPH.
