Frank is a filled out 5-foot-9 190 pound 1B/OF who ran a 4.57 home-to-1B. Offensively- Good athletic batting stance and starts with his feet wide, hand high.  Short and quiet load allows him to get his front foot down with consistency.  Great bat path with plus extension helped him register a 79 MPH exit velocity and makes up for the lack of lower body explosion despite a good solid build. Defensively- Arm Velocity was 64 MPH from 1B with good arm action.  Needs to focus on cutting down his arm swing to throw more like a true infielder.  Good movements around the base with projectable defensive skills for the next level.

Frankie stands in at 5-foot-8 152-pounds slender body type fields the ball straight on with glove palm up.  Hands are choppy but moves through the ball.  Transfer is slow but smooth.  Arm-Action is long and he has an over the top arm-slot.  He has little carry on the ball and his arm velocity 62 mph.  At the plate Frankie stands in with an open stance, hands low with a load straight back to the catcher.  Little to no stride at all.  Bat path is long and has a slight incline through contact.  Shoulders and hips open early with little extension on the ball.  Exit velocity 68 mph.
