5-foot-9 crafty hitter, sprays the ball to all fields, at the same time can turn on an inside fastball, effective in hit and run situations, shows impressive plate discipline and coverage. While not fast, gets good jumps, quick out of the box on contact, heady baserunner. Smooth fielder who makes seamless transition from glove to throwing hand.

Carragher stands 5-foot-4, 165-pounds with a smaller build. At SS he gets around ball, glove out in front, open face. Uses a belt funnel, clean exchange, long arm action, throws from a mid-3/4 slot. Arm strength at 67 mph. From the plate his setup is slightly open, hands high. On the pitch he shifts his weight back, heel lift to even for timing. Short path to the ball, barrel stays level through the zone, hips slide towards pitcher. He uses long extension with a shoulder height finish. Exit velocity was 70 mph off a tee.
