A right-handed hitter that starts in an athletic setup. Loading sequence is fluid and efficient. Path is level and swing is compact. Consistently found the barrel in batting practice, flashing gap to gap pop to pull side. Ideal skill set for the top of the lineup. Behind the plate he starts in a low crouch, showing flexibility in his hips. Footwork is adequate, getting him in line to second base. Exchange skills are there and he threw with accuracy. In the infield he showed quick footwork and played with confidence. Glove skills are developing. Would be aided by fielding the ball out in front of his body more consistently.

5-foot-9, 150-pound prospect. On the mound, he uses a slow deliberate tempo. Throws with long arm action through high ¾ slot. Fastball shows occasional run at 71-73 mph. Breaking ball has slurvy type movement at 63-65 mph. Changeup has some run to the arm side at 63-66 mph. Threw a knuckleball at 63-64 mph but it tended to be erratic. Tendency to slow down his arm speed with the pitch. Offensively, he uses a toe tap to initiate his lower half. Hands take long path to the baseball. Pull tendencies in his swing. Showed surprising pop at times. Defensively, projects as a second base type. Short arm action through high ¾ arm slot. Accuracy to his throws. Average hands and feet. Top velocity of 71 mph. Behind the plate, he starts slightly open with his feet. He steps forward in his transfer and keeps direction towards second base. He uses short arm action. Room to improve his transfer as it has some length. Pop times between 2.12 to 2.20.
