Began in a balanced quiet stance with a controlled load, then used a quick stride. Bat speed is developing, exhibits a simple flat swing plane and high finish. Solid in the infield, his best throw was registered at 80 mph; has a natural exchange, consistent feet, and sure hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Showed a consistent arm action and a high ¾ slot. On the mound, showed consistent arm speed, he had a compact arm action with a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses easy effort. Had slight running action. (Max spin 2122; Avg 2063). His 10/4 slider showed some action. (Max spin 2000; Avg 1956).
