Fields bringing the ball up into stomach, shows pretty good footwork, may be more of an athletic third base type, throws from a ¾ slot using 80 mph arm strength. Offensively, he starts from an open stance getting back to being squared up, uses a leg kick for added power, fluid hands back to shoulder trigger, showed ability to use both parts of the field. Reached a top exit velocity of 80 mph and ran a 4.68 down the line. On the mound he uses repeatable mechanics with straight up and down leg lift. Throws using average armspeed through and upper ¾ slot. Delivery requires regular effort. Fastball was thrown between 81-83 mph. Curveball showed downward break at 66-67 mph. Changeup was thrown below fastball armspeed at 66 mph. Also flashed a knuckleball at 63 mph.
