Catcher used a good short arm action with quick armspeed coming from a high ¾ slot while showing some arm strength producing a top velocity of 75 mph. Could improve pop times by getting more linear with footwork more towards second base as he has a tendency to fall off towards third base on throws. Pop times were between 2.03-2.09. Right-handed hitter starts with an open stance getting back to even, uses a longer hands back trigger getting to an arm bar. Uses both parts of the field well. At times he is late getting front foot down. Shows quickness to his hands reaching a top exit velocity of 87 mph. He ran a 4.72 to first base.
