6-foot-2, 170-pound prospect with thin, lanky build and room to fill out. Interesting prospect to follow as he gets physically stronger. At present, it is difficult to project his position at the next level as increased strength will play a big role. Registered a 7.07 60-yard dash. In the field, he uses long arm action. Tends to throw uphill. Ball has movement, which causes some accuracy issues. At the plate, the left-handed hitter shows a balanced setup. Has extra hand movement in load, which interferes with hands being in the right spot at foot contact. Still shows some quickness in his hands (80 mph exit velocity off the tee). Takes slight uphill path to the ball. On the mound, the lefty uses a funky delivery with a choppy rhythm. Current velocity isn’t over whelming at 75-77 mph, but he has some serious run to his ball. Hitters struggled to square him up. Breaking ball sits at 62-63 mph with slurvy type action and his changeup shows similar movement to his fastball at 73 mph.
