Pop times ranged from 1.95-2.07, and he threw with 77 mph arm strength to second base. Took an impressive round of batting practice showing the ability to use the entire field. Produced consistent line drives in batting practice. Much more batspeed than his 80 mph exit velocity would indicate.

Hands start from a shoulder load with slight upper-cut path. Top exit velocity of 83 mph. Ran a 4.76 home to first time. Defensively, he throws from a ¾ arm slot, which creates some tail to his throws. Tendency to open early out of the crouch. Shows arm strength with top velocity of 76 mph. Pop times ranged between 2.25 to 2.30.

5-foot-9, 170-pound thinner, athletic body frame. From the catcher’s position his arm can get long at times coming from a ¾ slot reaching a top velocity of 71 mph. Needs to sit down more and stay more compact on throws to second. His pop times were between 2.08-2.19. Offensively, he starts with a balanced set up. His hands tend to drop during his trigger. He is short to the ball contact type hitter. He ran a 4.34 from home to first base.
