On the mound the southpaw uses an easy leg lift, staying tall at balance point. Delivery is easy and he works through an over the top slot. Fastball works on a downhill plane coming in at 76-78 mph. His breaking ball was one of the better ones we saw on the day. The pitch has late bite with a 12/6 shape to it at 64-67 mph. Lohmeier used the pitch as a freeze or chase offering. Still developing feel for his changeup.
