He throws with a short arm action, coming from a ¾ slot and reached a top velocity of 65 mph. On the mound he uses simple, repeatable mechanics in a delivery that requires regular effort. He has a straight up and down leg lift and lands closed at foot strike, throwing across his body. He has a shorter arm action, using average arm speed, coming from a ¾ slot. His fastball was between 68-70 mph. Threw a splitter with sinking action at 57-62 mph. He threw his changeup at fastball arm speed between 64-66 mph.
