5/31/16 5-foot-11, 160-pound athletic build. At the plate he starts in a wide slightly open setup before initiating his loading sequence with a knee pinch load and stride. Hands move slightly back before getting through the zone with good batspeed on an uphill path. Remains fluid throughout swing, good hitter. Registered an exit velocity of 75 mph and ran a 4.56 from home to first. A solid infielder at this stage with athletic actions and quick feet. Threw across the infield with 76 mph arm strength.
1/18/16 5-foot-10, 155-pound average build. Ran an impressive 6.94 60-yard dash. Right-handed hitter that starts with a slightly open, athletic stance. Uses a toe tap load to get back to even. Could get more use out of his lower half during his swing. He starts with his bat flat then tips it vertically as a timing mechanism. Was able to create a nice, flat path through the zone. Exit velocity was 74 mph. From the outfield he showed very good footwork approaching the ball and got excellent use out of his crow hop to carry momentum into his throws. Threw with 78 mph arm strength from a high 3/4 slot with clean arm action. In the infield he showed off quick feet and soft hands while fielding the ball nicely, on the left side of his body. Throws were consistently on target with 76 mph arm strength across the diamond.
