6-foot-3, 245-pound prospect with strong frame. Projects as a 3B/1B type. Shows good lateral movement. Looks comfortable moving to his glove side, but needs to improve with his backhand. Short arm action through ¾ arm slot. Top velocity of 71 mph. At the plate, he uses a toe tap to initiate his lower half. Uses a short stride. Opportunity to use more of his lower half. Quick hands with short path to the ball. Upper body type hitter at this point. Showed pop in his bat. On the mound, he lands closed out of his stride. Long arm action with some wrapping on the back side. Comes out of a ¾ to high ¾ arm slot. Fastball was up to 74 mph. Breaking ball showed slurvy action with 11/5 break. Mixed in a 64-66 mph knuckle ball with some tumble to it.
