6-foot-1, 155-pound prospect with good athleticism. From the outfield, he uses long arm action through a high ¾ arm slot to reach a top velocity of 78 mph. Uses clean exchange and transfer. At the plate, the left-handed hitter starts with an open setup in a slight crouch. He begins heavy on his backside and shows a lot of movement with his swing. Still, he shows an explosive lower half with good torque. This results in good bat speed through the zone (84 mph exit velo off the tee). Interesting hitter from the left-side, but may need to simplify his swing some for the next level.
Kitzler is an athletic, lanky prospect. Using long, controlled strides, he shows good actions as he plays through the ball in the outfield. He uses a high 3/4 arm slot and long arm action to reach a top velocity of 79 from the outfield. At the plate, the left-handed hitter uses an open, narrow stance with a fluid rhythm and loose hands. There is more power to come. He registered a velocity of 7.01 on a slow track.
