A very projectable right-handed pitching prospect. Mechanically efficient with well above average arm speed. Arm works well through a near over the top slot. Fastball was anywhere from 76-77 mph, with much more velocity to come. Varied between a four and two seam. Maintains velocity with the two seam that had some run to it. Both his secondary offerings were impressive. His breaking ball has a slurvish shape to it with depth at 65-68 mph. Changeup has late fade to it, while maintaining fastball arm speed at 72-73 mph. Very impressive showing. At the plate he starts wider prior to his double tap load and aggressive stride. Barrel is fluid throughout loading sequence. Path is level with impressive strength through contact. Ball jumped off his bat when he found the barrel, especially to his opposite field gap. Has the look of a middle of the lineup type guy.

Very projectable frame at 6-foot, 145-pounds. Justin has a slower tempo to a delivery he is able to repeat. Tall and fall type. Uses a three-pitch mix highlighted by his 68-71 mph fastball that works downhill. Curveball shows signs of being sharp at 57-60 mph with an 11/5 shape. Still developing feel for his 61-63 mph changeup.
