5-foot-9, 175-pound frame. From third base he has a slight pause in his footwork just before fielding ground balls hit at him, and would benefit from continuing his footwork in a rhythmic motion while playing through the baseball. Throws with a clean, short arm action through a ¾ slot reaching a velocity of 72 mph across the infield. A right-handed hitter that starts in a wider setup. Barrel gets vertical during his short stride forward. Has definite twitch to his swing. Swing is compact and works on a slightly uphill path. Ball gets off his bat well. Would be aided by starting load early to let his well above average natural tools show, and allow him to use the whole field. On the mound he throws exclusively from the stretch in a delivery in which he uses regular effort. Has a straight up and down leg lift, landing slightly more closed at foot strike and finishes with his momentum carrying toward home plate. Throws with a shorter arm action and has average arm speed coming through a ¾ slot. His fastball has some arm-side run at times and is thrown between 74-78 mph. His curveball has mostly gradual break to it at an 11/5 plane between 55-57 mph. Throws his changeup near fastball arm speed at 70-71 mph.
