Ashcraft has a 6-foot-1, 155-pound frame. He stands upright with a wide base. He rocks back slightly and turns his front knee in with his load and has a slightly downhill swing. His exit velocity was 60 mph and he ran a 7.52 60-yard dash. In the outfield, he takes good angles to the ball and fields it close to his body. His velocity from the outfield was 65 mph.

6-foot-1, 155-pound thin, projectable frame. Ran a 4.81 from home to first. A right-handed hitter that sets up in a balanced open stance and uses a short stride to get back to even. Hands go back during his stride then fire through the zone on a downhill path. Exit velocity was 61 mph. Would like to see him add a little rhythm to his load. In the outfield he takes director routes approaching the ball and fields it in the middle of his body. Using a 3/4 slot he showed 67 mph arm strength to home plate.

6-foot-1, 155-pound thin, projectable frame. At the plate he starts open and gets to even with a short, aggressive stride. Take hands back to shoulder in his load to create more torque. Exit velocity was 59 mph. From the outfield he threw with short, clean arm action coming from a low 3/4 slot. Threw accurately with 63 mph arm strength.  Ran a 7.68 60 yard dash.

6-foot-1, 155 pound projectable frame. At the plate Ashcraft starts with an open stance and gets back to even with a short stride. He takes his hands to his shoulder in his load for added power. His top exit velocity was 55 mph. From the outfield he throws from  a 3/4 slot, topping out at 63 mph. Ran a 7.75 60 yard dash.
