A right-handed hitter that starts in a taller setup. Hands move back during his short stride forward. Path is level to slightly uphill. Bat has some quickness to it and he has solid strength through contact. Showed gap to gap pop in batting practice. In the infield he moves light on his feet and has athleticism to his actions. Gets very good reactions off the bat and has a quick first step. Would like to see him play lower as he transitions from fielding into his throws. Two-way prospect that was also impressive on the mound. Brings above average athleticism to the position. Gets solid use out of his lower half and works quickly. Displayed above average arm speed while working through a high-¾ slot. Fastball was mostly straight through the zone coming in at 78-81 mph. Spins a tight breaking ball, moving on a near 12/6 plane. Has some feel for the offering that came in at 70-72 mph.
