5-foot-8, 168-pound left handed hitting outfielder who can also play first base. Ran a 7.03 60-yard dash with regular effort. Clean actions in the outfield, moved well with proper footwork, was clocked at 81 mph from the outfield, confident actions with the glove. At the plate, hands worked well to ball, contact, line drive type hitter. Starts from crouched position, hands show some looseness and bat path stays level to contact, looks to hit the ball all overt the field and stays within self. Exit velocity was 81 mph.

At 5-foot-8, 166-pounds, and room to add strength. Ciuffreda showed his athleticism and body control in all facets during his workout. Ran a 4.60 from home to first with regular effort and a 5.25 in the 40-yard dash. Defensively, approached the ball well and fielded everything cleanly and out in front. Showed agility in his lower half with proper footwork. Transfer was clean and quick as he threw from over the top with looseness in his arm. Throws were online with carry. Top velocity from the outfield was 78 mph. Offensively, Ciuffreda was very loose and under control at the plate. Medium stance with small toe turn to stride. Does nice job of transferring his weight. Hands in a good position to hit with a flat stroke to the ball. Average bat speed during bating practice, like the looseness in hands and ability to get the bat head out front. Line drive type player. Exit velocity was 79 mph. Nice actions all around for Ciuffreda.
