5-foot-11, 180-pound catcher with projectability. Power stance at the plate, hands begin a little low, starts them back, has a slight bend in his knees, quiet load, brings the leg back before using strong torque on his swing, clocked an 81 mph exit velocity. Lots of barrel contact, extends through the ball, solid line drive swing. Behind the plate he popped 2.18-2.28, good body, arm works, but needs to be quicker with his transfer while gaining some more ground. Good receiver. Fischer still has another year before he gets on the junior college radar, but he has the size to profile well behind the dish.
