6-foot, 160-pound lefty with average frame. Off the rubber, uses a slow tempo to separation, arm is clean in the back and gets up to his ¾ arm slot. At times elbow will get low and force him to work uphill. Fastball was 68-71 mph, more in the tank with the ability to get out and finish more and incorporate backside. Curveball was 60-63 mph, tends to cut off and not finish, changeup showed feel and worked in the zone at 63-66 mph. Few adjustments with lower half and finish should see Fox velocity and actions increase. Offensively, rana 4.84 from home to first and a 5.10 in the 40-yard sprint. At the plate, Fox starts with an open stance with a small leg kick to stride. Hands tend to wrap and roll, not allowing him to stay through the middle and get good extension. Bat path slight downhill with an uphill finish. Exit velocity was 70 mph. Defensively, showed athletic lower half and good body control. Arm was clean and clocked at 78 mph with good rotation, throws were online with clean hops. Good actions from the outfield.
