Defensively, stays low when fielding the ball, clean transfer, arm is loose, throws out of the ¾ slot, infield velocity recorded at 70 mph. Behind the plate, he receives the ball with confidence, lets the pitch come to him, pop time of 2.10, throws down to second were online, had trouble getting carry on the ball as arm would drag at times, was 70 mph from the crouch. Offensively, right-handed bat who starts with a narrow stance, hands at the chest, small toe tap, slight load of hands, level swing through the zone, exit velocity of 75 mph. A 2019 grad that has size and room to fill out, could be interesting to see on mound as well.
