2019 grad listed at 5-foot-10, 165-pounds, proper catcher's frame to build and add strength. Defensively, showed confident actions and ability to receive quietly. Feet and transfer were clean and showed promise from a quickness standpoint. Gets rid of ball well, makes look easy with online throws, velocity was 71 mph from behind the plate. Offensively, hits from slightly open stance, small load back with hands and slight arm bar, still able to get the barrel out front, some lift involved in swing, gap guy with upside at the plate. Young left-handed hitting catcher with good actions across the board, will follow and track development, one to keep an eye on.
