Physical: Stocky, durable 6-foot, 175lb frame with a thick lower half.
Pitching: RHP. Started from the middle of the rubber using a drop step, bringing the leg to a balanced stack; crossfire at the land on occasion, creating arm-side run out of a H ¾ slot. Worked mostly 72-75, T76 mph adding a gradual, sweeping 62-64 mph CB with east-west control of the strike zone.
Pitching: Bieler uses a center rubber setup while using a side step. Belt high leg drive with a slight coil away from the plate. Has a short stride while landing slightly closed. Moderate arm swing while arm stays in line with 2B, while working through a standard 3/4 slot. Square to the plate with finish. FB: Peak velo of 76 MPH, while sitting 74-75 MPH; commands both sides. SL: 63-64 MPH; slurve like. CH: 70-72 MPH; maintains same plain.
