5-foot-8, 148 pounds with a combination of strength and athleticism.  The right handed arm throws through a high 3/4 slot with short/stiff arm action.  He uses a drop and drive type delivery, and gets good use out of his smaller frame.  Smooth rhythm.  His best pitch is his heavy 83-85 mph fastball.  With a 5-foot-8 frame, his fastball is deceptively quick to the eye and gets in on the plate in a hurry.  His breaking ball is a 78-79 mph slider.  He has a tendency of throwing his slider a little too hard equating to minimal left to right movement.  He also mixed in a 78 mph changeup thrown at near fastball arm speed. 

DiGiacomo is a 5-foot-8, 150-pound RHP/SS from Geneva HS. He was a 1st Team All-County selection in 2013.

9/15/13 DiGiacomo is a 5-foot-8, 150-pound uncommitted senior that sat 81-82 with significant arm side run to his fastball. He worked three innings of scoreless baseball with five strikeouts and just two hits allowed. DiGiacomo also commanded an 11/5 breaking curveball with tight rotation. The righty showed repeatable mechanics and confident presence on the hill. With another off-season of work and physical maturity it is easy to project DiGiacomo adding several mph to his fastball by the spring of his senior year.
