5-foot-10, 186-pound, strong durable athletic frame. The back is wide and shoulders are squared off, has serious strength in his hands. A left-handed hitter, who has a middle of the field approach, has above average power to both gaps. The stance is slightly open, gets it back to even after his controlled leg kick. The hands start at shoulder height, are loose and in a good position to hit. Balanced throughout, hits against a strong front side. The swing is level to up and finishes it off with two hands. The tee exit velocity was 85 mph and ran a 4.50 from home to first. In game swings were good, crushed a ball off the centerfield wall. Defensively, plays first base, could probably make a move to left moves well enough. The hands are soft, works well around the bag, wants to stand up when starting the double play. The arm action is short, more like a crank action. The arm action was clocked at 70 mph. I like how he swings the bat, has strength in it, good looking hitter.
